Courtney graduated from ACU with her BBA in 1998. She was a member of Ko Jo Kai social club. After college, she started her career with Hyatt Hotels Corporation, where she held various positions in Sales, Finance, and Events. She spent most of her time at Hyatt Regency DFW and most recently held the position of Associate Director of Events at the Hyatt Regency Lost Pines Resort and Spa outside of Austin. While with Hyatt, she received her Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation from the Convention Industry Council. Courtney is recently married, and her husband Ben is excited to be working at Hendricks. Ben and Courtney enjoy spending time with their children, nieces, nephews, and fur-babies. Courtney is thrilled to be back in west Texas and excited to work with a great Catering team to ensure wonderful events for ACU and the Abilene community.
